Michael is a 1994 graduate of Grimsley High School and a 1998 graduate of N.C. State University with a BS in Finance and Marketing. He began his career with Williford in 1999 as an Account Manager and is now an Account Executive, specializing in providing consumer-driven health insurance solutions to medium and large employers.

Eileen, Office Administrator and Individual Health Insurance Specialist, joined the agency in 2002, bringing 10 years of health insurance experience with a background in medical office management. She is married with two grown children, dedicated to serving our clients, and will go the extra mile to provide the best customer service, such as you’d expect from a friend.

Margaret graduated from University of Richmond in 1992 with BA in English. She started her insurance career in 1994 with a group insurance agency in Charlotte. She spent six years as an Account Manager with UnitedHealthcare prior to joining Williford in 2007. Margaret works as an Account Manager assisting clients with daily issues and renewals.
