Kevin is a 1983 graduate of Appalachian State University with a BS in Business Administration and a concentration in Marketing. With over 20 years of insurance experience, he is able to offer professional advice to clients with complex or specialized needs. He focuses his efforts on larger clients.

Michael Parsons— Vice-President

Michael is a 1994 graduate of Grimsley High School and a 1998 graduate of N.C. State University with a BS in Finance and Marketing. He began his career with Williford in 1999 as an Account Manager and is now an Account Executive, specializing in providing consumer-driven health insurance solutions to medium and large employers.

Margaret Ferguson

Margaret graduated from University of Richmond in 1992 with BA in English. She started her insurance career in 1994 with a group insurance agency in Charlotte. She spent six years as an Account Manager with UnitedHealthcare prior to joining Williford in 2007. Margaret works as an Account Manager assisting clients with daily issues and renewals.

Kim Brown

Kim is a 1990 graduate of Davidson Community College with a degree in Computer Programming. She joined the Williford team in 2009 as an Administrative Assistant. Kim's attention to detail and outgoing personality help Williford Insurance Group to deliver excellence to all clients.

Karen Holmes

Karen graduated from Taylor University in 1996 with a BA in Communication Studies. In 2008, she joined the Williford team as an Administrative Assisant. Karen is a detailed organizer who focuses on supporting the Williford agents and clients.
